What a journey it has been! The past couple of years have brought about many changes, and with them, new ideas and opportunities. While things haven't always been smooth, I've discovered a fresh passion that I'm excited to share with you.

As a proud Scotsman born in the mid-1970s, I've spent the last 14 years running a successful business alongside my wife. Now, with a new chapter unfolding, I'm diving into something that combines two of my greatest joys: cooking and spicy foods.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine, especially when it comes to creating dishes that pack a punch. From fiery chicken wings to chili-infused sauces and jerky, I love experimenting with bold flavors.

It all started with a batch of homemade pineapple hot sauce. The feedback was incredible, and I knew I was onto something special. Encouraged by the response, I ventured further into the world of spicy delights.

Next came the bacon jerky, inspired by a beloved brand called Braw Coo. It was a hit, so I decided to create a milder version for my sister. Then, I experimented with turkey jerky, which turned out to be equally successful. Now, I'm perfecting my own spice mix for both bacon and turkey jerky. The process has been a sensory adventure, with some eye-watering and nose-tingling moments along the way!
